Congratulations on your decision to attend WSU. We are excited to have you here. Please submit this application so we can begin the process for putting accommodations in place. You will also be required to submit documentation to our office. Please make sure your documentation abides by our documentation guidelines, found here

While students can submit documentation in a variety of ways, we would like to remind you that the use of email is not a secure form of communication and confidentiality cannot be ensured. Additionally, please know that the security of transmission cannot be ensured; email messages may be stored, not only on our server but by WSU and by those used by your email or phone provider. Students are encouraged to upload their documentation directly to their application.
